The interesting aspect to tower development is to be able to visualize the logistical issues affecting vertical living. The transportation of both people providing services and goods is challenging. Well designed and thought through management plans can ensure these challenges are met.

We were delighted to be appointed by Berkeley Homes (South East London) Ltd, to manage their outstanding South Quay Plaza complex of towers at Canary Wharf in a joint working arrangement with JLL. Qube and JLL are providing design for management consultancy services.

We are devising the entire Estate Management strategy. Once completed Qube will concentrate on the residential element, specifically the exceptional Spa and Leisure facilities and Club Lounge on the 56th level.
