Examples of our success include;

  • In 2013 Qube were appointed to provide consultancy advice, in partnership with JLL, to Aviva Investors and Kaupthing Bank in the Exemplar developed scheme Fitzroy Place.

  • In 2014 Qube were delighted to be appointed as part of the consultancy team for Berkeley Homes Limited’s South Quay Plaza development in Canary Wharf, working alongside JLL
  • In 2015 Qube were appointed to manage The Chilterns, in Marylebone on behalf of Galliard Homes, Frogmore and CJ O’Shea. Fully concierged with a cinema, gym, treatment rooms and wine tasting room.
  • At the start of 2016, a small boutique development by Dukelease at 24 Buckingham Gate was added to the portfolio and in Spring 2016 Qube will start the management of Aldwych Chambers; this is a development by RER London Ltd. and provides 20 highly appointed apartments set within a quiet corner of Aldwych close to the Royal Courts of Justice.
