Thats why we are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and have ARMA-Q accreditation, meaning we must follow strict rules in protecting and controlling your funds.

We offer the following assurances in regards to management of your funds:
- All your money is held in a trust fund, which adheres to requirements set by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- The terms of our ARMA-Q accreditation requires us to have your fund independently audited, at our own cost
- An independent auditor also inspects each building’s service charge account, in order to comply with lease and legislative requirements
- Each of your leaseholders receives an annual certificate that explains how their service charge has been spent
