Here at Qube we have to manage some very complicated plant and equipment. In order to ensure we provide the right level of input we work with a number of key specialists to provide support and guidance of a more technical level.

For example, the central plant in many modern developments is varied in scope and technically very advanced. We work with an M and E Engineering consultant and Lift specialists to help our teams ensure the equipment is functioning to its optimum level and that the service regimes in place are correct for the building. The M and E and Lift contracts are pooled to achieve economy of scale and they are contracted under an overarching Qube standard contract.

To ensure that the power to the plant and building is under the most appropriate contract we work with a specialist provided to test the markets to obtain the best value for Landlord gas and electric supplies.
