A Smooth Transition Makes For Successful Management

An important stage of the consultancy process provided to our developer Clients is the transition stage. This is a critical element to the design for management consultancy service we offer. It takes the strategic documentation created at an earlier stage and adds detail to ensure that at practical completion we are able to manage the development handed to us.

Amongst a host of various work streams, typical key tasks to close down will be:

  • Final input to purchasers’ information manuals
  • Completion of the strategies for running residents’ facilities such as spa and gym and club lounges
  • Move management strategy
  • Key handover for void management
  • Witness commissioning for M and E plant and water quality

The transition will include the completion of the recruitment process. We take this matter seriously because the site staff will be interacting with residents and they are our ambassadors to the development. It may take up to 6 months to complete this process as we have a thorough interview process; full checks are made which includes checks on proof of I.D. passports , driving licences and proof of address and all staff must have a clear DBS police check.

Receipt and assessment of the operations and management manuals form the development team.
