In 2013 Qube were appointed to provide consultancy advice, in partnership with JLL, to Aviva Investors and Kaupthing Bank in the Exemplar developed scheme Fitzroy Place.
Qube provided pre management consultancy to Northacre PLC for their Lancasters Hyde Park development. Qube has maintained the management of this exquisite building since 2011.
Qube were appointed to provide pre management consultancy for The Chilterns and continue to manage this flagship development for the developer.
